ORBIGate 6.4 benefits from Allianz AZT experience on the field

Allianz AZT (Allianz Zentrum für Technik), has recently joined the OROS community acquiring an OR36 instrument together with ORBIGate, the Turbomachinery Vibration software solution.
As an independent and impartial institute, AZT works with customers inside and outside Allianz on damage research, loss assessment and loss prevention. In particular, machinery diagnostics and acceptance tests are carried out on large heavy duty machinery in the Energy and Process as well as Marine environments.
The system allows them to acquire vibration data through proximity probes and accelerometers but not only. On the field, a number of other kind of data, often called process data have to be collected synchronously with vibration data in order to carry a complete diagnostic and obtain a global signature of the machine train.
This cooperation with Allianz, through the update of ORBIGate 6.4 was the opportunity for OROS to go further in its application oriented approach, listening to its customers’ needs and providing the right system with the right ergonomy! The new ORBIGate 6.4 is available from myOROS (first be logged in)
